For our 21st wedding anniversary we flew to the true Australian outback near Griffith NSW staying at a sheep & cotton station (www.corynniastation.com.au) in the middle of nowhere. There we saw kangaroos, emus, guinea fowls, orange & almond plantation and historical buildings from the Italian immigrants.
