Carribean Cruise

November/December 2004

We were looking forward this cruise already a long time ago. Queen Mary 2 is the most expensive cruise ship in the world with lots of superlatives: with 72 m it's bigger than the Statue of Liberty. 345 m length are more then four jumbo jets. Her electric power engines provide power as a city with 200.000 people needs. The engine's 157.000 h.p. are more than 872 London's double decker busses together. On board you can find 16 restaurants, the only planetarium at sea, of course a big theatre and a cinema plus a really big spa.
