Our honeymoon!

Among the wide range on cruise ships we decided to travel with the legendary Cunard Line. The well known ships Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth belonged to Cunard and hosted such famous passangers as Churchill, Eduard VIII & Wallis Simpson, Persian Schah & Soraya, Nelson Mandela, Liz Taylor, Spencer Tracy, Fred Astaire and Peter Ustinov.

Queen Elizabeth 2 is the last of the great transatlantic liners. She is the only passenger ship with the necessary speed of 32,5 knots (38 mph) to provide scheduled transatlantic service between Southampton and New York. After more than 32 years she is still the fastest cruise ship in the world. In her lifetime she has steamed over 4,5 million miles and completed more than 1.150 voyages. This first class ship is known for her excellent service, the elegant dress codes and interesting daily programs.
